Bug Fixes

API

• Fixed an issue where Service Account permissions were not respected on the Personnel and Recency API endpoints. 
  • Personnel endpoints returned all staff regardless of access level, while the Recency endpoint could return a 401 Unauthorised error for access levels other than Modify All. 
  • These endpoints now correctly honour Modify Selection access.

Audits

• Fixed an issue where audits in Awaiting Review status could display with the incorrect colour in the audit schedule grid when the audit was past its planned end date. 
  • The status colour now matches the audit’s actual status as shown in the legend.

Change Management

• Fixed an issue in the New View where the Change Management menu label could be cut off. The label can now wrap onto multiple lines.

Flight Tasks

• Fixed an issue where time fields in Flight Tasks did not respect the configured culture settings, causing time values to display inconsistently between input fields and summaries.

Logbook

• Fixed an issue where the Pilot Logbook Export did not respect the aircraft’s Percentage Counted setting, showing all flight hours at 100% instead of matching the values displayed in the Logbook tab.

Recency

• Fixed an issue in Recency Check Forms where the Examinee sign-off checkbox was visible and selectable even when Enable Recency Check Form Sign-Offs was disabled. 
  • The sign-off field is now hidden unless the option is enabled.

Rostering

• Fixed an issue where the deviation indicator could incorrectly appear on all days of a shift when a Duty Schedule was applied, including days outside the applied date range.

  • Shifts using relative times (e.g. sunrise/sunset-relative) are no longer incorrectly flagged as deviating from their definition.

• Fixed an issue where the Duty Type Totals column did not update correctly when interacting with Roster Filters or toggling the Short/Long Base Name option.

Scheduling

• Fixed an issue where editing a task from the Schedule Register could create a duplicate task or cause tasks to appear on the wrong day.

Single Sign-On (SSO)

• Fixed an issue where SSO login could fail with a 400 error when the configured Identity Provider URL already contained query parameters.
