Enhancements

Rostering

• The Resource Filter in Rostering now persists across page refreshes and postbacks, rather than being cleared each time the page reloads.

• The roster legend in My Profile > Rosters now displays all components of a split shift (e.g. 0800–1200, 1300–1700) in chronological order, rather than only showing the first component.

• A single Roster Shift Code Duty Schedule can now be linked to multiple Shift Codes within the same base, via a new multi-select control in the schedule setup screen. Updates to the duty schedule apply consistently across all linked shift codes, reducing duplication where the same duty pattern applies to several shift codes.

Bug Fixes

Discretion Reports

• Fixed an issue where submitting a Discretion Report following a duty exceedance could leave the page unresponsive, blank, or appear to time out without submitting:

  • Alert emails are now sent in the background rather than blocking submission, and a loading indicator is shown while the report is being lodged.

Exams

• Fixed an issue where On-Type Recency items (and their variants) were incorrectly appearing for selection in the Exam module dropdowns, when these items should not be shown.

• Fixed an issue where Timesheet Recency items were incorrectly appearing for selection in the Exam module and Shift Code setup dropdowns, when these items should not be shown.

Recency

• Fixed an issue where users would intermittently encounter error screens when viewing Recency areas (for example: My Recency and Scheduled Recency) when a large volume of users were simultaneously making updates.
