Features

Reporting

• Scheduled Global Reports can now be configured to send at a specific time of day, rather than only during the default 2:00 am – 5:00 am overnight window.
  • Report scheduling uses the server time for each site’s region:
    • AU: Sydney time
    • EU: Ireland time
    • US: Oregon time
    • CA: Toronto time
  • If no specific time is configured, reports will continue to be sent during the default window.

Safety Reports

• Safety Report Type Email Templates can now be configured for individual Safety Report Types.
  • Templates can be created for specific events, such as Champion Assigned, Forum New Post, Investigation Opened, and Report Closed.
  • The email Subject and Body can be customised and support placeholder fields.

Enhancements

Roster Shift Code Duty Schedules

• Duty Schedules linked to multiple Shift Codes now display each Shift Code individually. Previously, only the first linked Shift Code was displayed.

Bug Fixes

Audits

• Fixed an issue where selecting Audit Checklist headers could intermittently display an error screen.
• Fixed an issue where audits with start dates before the selected date range could incorrectly be displayed.
• Fixed an issue where unsaved attachments could result in incorrect attachment counts, duplicate entries, or premature confirmation.

Flight Records

• Fixed an issue where deleting Flight Records did not always correctly remove associated crew records from rostered hours and timesheet calculations.
• Fixed an issue in New View where calculated leg time Custom Fields displayed values in total minutes instead of HH:mm format.

Rostering

• Fixed an issue where the Resource Filter dropdown needed to be selected twice after refreshing the page.

Timesheets

• Fixed an issue where Display Conditions within Groups containing Custom Fields could intermittently cause duplicated data or error screens.
• Fixed an issue where Sign-Off date ranges did not correctly align with configured weekly or monthly Sign-Off Periods, or could allow a Sign-Off period to begin before an employee’s Start Date.

Work Practices

• Fixed an issue where Rest Extension calculations did not correctly support percentage-based extensions.
