Features

The PDF Viewer in the New View has been improved with new functionality:
- Added a dedicated previewer that allows multiple PDFs to be opened and displayed as tabs, making it easier to switch between documents.
- Added support for displaying a PDF’s Document Outline, when available, so users can navigate directly to specific headings.

Added a new toggleable Duty Type Totals column that can be enabled through Roster > Menu. This column shows the total count of Duty, Non-Duty, Standby, and Leave entries per Personnel per Roster Period.

Added support for assigning Personnel as Secondary Approvers for Timesheets. Secondary Approval can be configured as optional or mandatory.

In Timesheet Setup, a Department can now be configured to require Secondary Approval.
When Secondary Approval is optional by default, the standard Timesheet sign-off process remains unchanged. Users assigned as Secondary Approvers can complete a secondary approval through the user’s Timesheet Menu > Secondary Approval option, where they will be prompted to enter their login information.
When Secondary Approval is mandatory, a user’s Timesheet sign-off will remain in a Pending status until a Secondary Approver completes the approval process.
Secondary Approvers can approve a Timesheet with an optional comment or reject it with a required comment.
A rejected Timesheet is returned to an editable state, while an approved Timesheet completes the user’s initial sign-off process.
Users can still unlock a Timesheet without revoking approved sign-offs.
Once a Timesheet has been signed off, the overall statuses are displayed at the top of the Timesheet. A separate label can also be hovered over to view the full sign-off activity history for the period.

Added an All Bases option for Modify Selection in Site Settings > Access Templates > Template Access Levels,

If Personnel have Shift Codes rostered during a given period and are toured to another base during that same period, users are now prompted to keep or discard the rostered shifts.
Added the ability to stack other Shift Codes on top of Task-linked Shifts.

Fixed an issue where, in some situations, Last Updated in the expanded Recency Detail view could display as one day earlier than expected.
Fixed an issue where Department Recency Records were not appearing if Personnel were assigned to a Department with a future Start Date.

Fixed an issue where Custom Fields could intermittently duplicate when using Groups and Display Conditions.
