Features

Flight Records

• Enabled Leg Flight Time to be calculated from system fields Scheduled Departure Time and Scheduled Arrival Time.

Rostering

• Added ability to run Roster Verifications for individual Personnel, no longer only for Bases or Departments.

Timesheets

• Allow selection of multiple Shift Codes per Timesheet entry. See guide: How to add multiple shift codes to a Timesheet entry

• Allow customisable Timesheet Sign-Off periods, previously hard-coded to 28-day blocks. 

 

Bug Fixes

API

• Fixed the issue with incorrect access levels preventing authorised users from retrieving or modifying Timesheets via the API.

Recency

• Fixed the issue where some clients using Scheduled Recency encountered a bug screen when trying to log in.

Reporting

• Fixed the issue where users needed Modify All access to Global Reporting in order to run the Caution/Exceedence Report.

Timesheets

• Fixed the issue where, if users tried to sign off on a Timesheet that had already been signed off, they were shown an error message with no details.

Work Practices

• Fix the edge case where Duty Hours Work Practice Controls were intermittently not correctly counting some rest between split shifts as duty.

• Fixed the issue where Standby Limitation Work Practice Controls were not correctly counting Standby as Duty for some Split Shifts.
