Flight and Duty
Enabled Flight Records and Timesheets in the New View, including Scheduled Task support for Flight Records.
The New View now provides access to Timesheets, Flight Records, flight entry and editing, flight summaries, crew duty details, and related offline sync support.
Scheduled Task integration provides the ability to create a flight directly from a scheduled task.
Roster
Enabled Roster Replacement functionality, providing the ability to quickly locate and assign suitable shift substitutes when team members are on leave.
Enhancements
Exams
- Improved Exam Reassignment by generating a fresh randomised set of questions when an exam is reassigned.
- Added email notifications for failed exams, allowing both the user and the exam marker to be notified when an exam is failed.
Flight Records
- Added the ability to copy down crew details, such as flight hours, takeoffs, and landings, to reduce manual data entry.
Global Reports
- Enhanced Document Library Permission reports by adding user-identifying fields, including First Name and Last Name, to make access permissions easier to review.
Bugs
Action Register
- Fixed an issue where accessing the Action Register could display an error screen when the register returned no results based on the user’s access levels.
Custom Fields
- Fixed an issue that prevented users from editing list-based custom fields, such as checkbox lists, dropdown lists, and radio button lists, after copying a custom tab when the field used the “Reference from existing field” option.
Flight Records
- Fixed an issue where Flight Records in the New View displayed calculated time fields as raw minutes instead of in HH:MM format.
Global Reports
- Fixed an issue where adding a new field to a Global Report caused the report layout to revert.
iOS App
- Fixed an issue where the Legacy iOS Flight and Duty app displayed an error screen when accessing the New View.
Scheduled Tasks
- Fixed an issue where the Confirm Delete pop-up could become unresponsive when deleting a Scheduled Task.
