Features

Rostering

Added Crew Pairing and Unpairing within the roster:

• Crew Pairing allows you to define personnel who must be scheduled together for a task or shift to be considered valid.
• Crew Unpairing allows you to define personnel who cannot be assigned to the same shift, with conflicts flagged directly within the roster.

Single Logout (SSO)

Added a Single Logout capability in the Safety Suite New View:

• Logging out of Safety Suite will now also terminate the associated authentication session, ensuring a complete and secure logout experience across systems.

Enhancements

Alerts

• Added the ability to enable file attachments on Manual Alerts.

Equipment Register

• Added preview mode for picture attachments.

Forms

• Added a setting to restrict form closure to users designated as Signatories in the Sign-Off workflow.

Fleet Manager Integration

• Added the ability to display total logged time in hours, minutes, or seconds for:
  • Total Air Time
  • Total Engine Time
  • Total Block Time
  • Total Power Time
• Converted flight creation time values (stored in seconds) into the selected unit and reflected them in mapped fields.
• Added Fleet Manager Integration in the New View, enabling creation of Flight Records from tracks.

PDF Viewer (New View)

• Added the ability to remember the last viewed page in open PDFs.

Bug Fixes

Audits

• Fixed an issue where audits with planned start and end dates in the past were not visible in the Audit Schedule.

Change Request

• Fixed an issue where the OK button in Change Request dashboards did not respond after entering a dashboard title.

Document Library

• Fixed an issue where the Manage Favourites button only worked on the first attempt and failed on subsequent clicks.
• Fixed an issue where selecting a Base or Department in the Document Distribution list did not include all users within that hierarchy.

Flight Records

• Fixed an issue where multiple Custom Fields in the Flight Leg view were not displayed in the New View.

Forms

• Fixed an issue where Check Forms did not immediately validate field uniqueness after the user exited the input field.

Global Reports

• Fixed an issue where some reports failed to generate due to an invalid value in a Time Custom Field.

Safety Reports

• Fixed an issue where certain Custom Field selections were not retained after submission.

Recency

• Fixed an issue where Recency items were incorrectly assigned to other categories (e.g., Personnel, Aircraft, Company), causing them to not appear in User Profiles.

Work Practice

• Fixed an issue where inherited composite settings defaulted incorrectly and did not load the crew member’s previously selected value.
