Features

Roster / Recency

• Added Touring Recency - the ability to define base-specific recency requirements for personnel. 
  Users can now select which bases personnel must remain current for, with each base maintaining its own recency rules.

Enhancements

Document Library

• Improved the Edit Document workflow by adding a warning message to clearly indicate that editing will replace the existing file.

Reporting

• Added a notification dialog to inform users when a report fails to generate.

Timesheets

• Enhanced the Timesheet Summary to support displaying Duty and FDP totals per Duty Period instead of per calendar day:

  • Shifts that span across midnight can now be grouped under the starting duty period (for example, a shift from 22:00 to 02:00 can now be displayed as a single four-hour duty period instead of being split across two days).

Bug Fixes

Document Library

• Fixed an issue where Create New Revision behaved like Edit Document when revision numbers were too long.

Flight Records

• Fixed an issue where Additional Crew selected on the first leg of a PWA flight record did not carry over to newly added legs.
• Fixed an issue where navigating to a PWA flight record could result in an error screen due to a TTIS calculation issue.
• Fixed an issue in CWA flight records where the Pilot in Command field was cleared when editing completed legs.
• Fixed an issue where the Pilot Details section was visible to all users regardless of role.
• Fixed an issue where users without Modify Crew Details permissions could still edit crew information.

Integrations - FMR

• Fixed an issue where ECR data in Care Connect displayed incorrect date and time due to UTC conversion errors.

Integrations - ZOLL

• Fixed an issue where adding a manual data point to an existing time column created a new column instead of updating the selected one.

Scheduler

• Fixed an issue where selecting This Period displayed the previous day due to time zone calculation errors.
• Fixed an issue where removing a scheduled task failed when multiple recurrence rules overlapped on the same day.

Recency

• Fixed an issue where recency items did not calculate or display end-of-year expiry dates when the period was set to 0.

Reporting

• Fixed an issue where the Risk Matrix reverted to default values in Safety Reports when custom risk metrics were applied.

Touring

• Fixed an issue where touring failed due to access check errors on future dates.
