Features

Safety Reports

• Added the ability to assign a Supervisor field to Personnel profiles. This field is now automatically populated when creating Safety Reports, reducing manual input and improving reporting accuracy.

Enhancements

Safety Reports

• Improved control over report submission permissions by introducing new Safety Options:

  • Added the ability to restrict report submissions to external emails only

  • Introduced separate settings to control:

    • Whether reporters can submit reports to Authorities

    • Whether reporters can submit reports to both internal and external users

Work Practice

• Improved WOCL (Window of Circadian Low) Work Practice calculations for greater accuracy:

  • Standby time is now included in the WOCL reduction window for both Duty and FDP when “Count standby as shift for WOCL reduction” is enabled

  • These improvements do not impact other duty calculations, including shifts that cross midnight

Bug Fixes

Aircraft

• Fixed an issue where TTIS recalculations did not process pending Flight Record changes correctly, resulting in inaccurate aircraft TTIS values

Recency

• Fixed an issue where the Update Parent Cascading setting was not saving on the Recency Setup page

Flight Records

• Fixed an issue where saving crew recency values corrupted data, displayed incorrect values in view mode, and converted dropdown fields into text inputs after editing

Timesheets - PWA

• Fixed an issue where updates to Timesheet Setup (removal of radio buttons and addition of coloured text labels) were not reflected correctly in the PWA timesheet

Rostering

• Fixed an issue where users with Modify Selection permissions could tour to restricted bases

Work Practices

• When “Include counted standby when determining shift length” is enabled, standby time is now correctly included in total duty/shift length calculations
