Features

Recency

• Added Recency Certificates.

  • Recency Certificates can now be automatically issued when a recency check form is completed (in which the examiner confirms that recency has been met).

  • A PDF certificate is generated and emailed to the examinee, using the layout and wording defined in the Recency Certificate Templates setup page.

Enhancements

Global Reporting

• Added filter to remove inactive hazards and hazard areas from Hazard Register reports.

Bug Fixes

Rostering

• Fixed bug where, when multiple shift codes were stacked on a single date, after refreshing the page, only a single shift code would be displayed.

Safety Reports

• Fixed a bug where, when a requestee made updates to Actions that had an Extension Date on a Safety Report, the extension date would revert back to the original due date.

Scheduling

• Fixed a bug where, when working on schedules from previous months, expanding a date with many schedules by clicking the ‘more’ button would redirect users to the current month.

Timesheets

• Fixed an issue where time zone offsets in Timesheets were being reset if a flight was added to the timesheet entry.
