Features

General Reporting

• New: Caution/Exceedance Report. 

  • This report provides exportable data based on the resource validation information from the Review and Save tab of Scheduled Tasks.
  • It can be accessed from the menu under General > Reporting > Caution/Exceedance Report (visible on both classic desktop app and PWA).
  • Users can generate reports related to Scheduled Tasks that look at two primary categories:
    • Caution/Exceedance, which relates to Work Practice validation
    • Task Rule Evaluation, which relates to  resource requirements and can be filtered further by task status
  • Both categories can be filtered by date range, departments, and task types
  • Report exports are processed in the background, which allows users to continue using the app and return at any time to check on the progress or download the export once complete

Scheduler

• Add the ability to specify a custom field for a unique personal identifier.

• Redesign of discretion reports to better match the style of safety reports.

Bug Fixes

Flight Records

• Fixed bug with PWA showing error editing legs when leg locations are disabled.

Global Reporting

• Fixed query timeout issues with some reports.

Personnel

• Fix bug with roster not counting multiple/stacked shift codes.

Safety Reports

• Fixed bug with closed date not being set on auto-closure.

Timesheets

• Fixed bug with labels being displayed twice on PWA timesheets.

Work Practices

• Fix bug with work hours being double-counted in some situations.
