Flight and Duty PWA
This feature is not yet available for every customer.
Fixed radio button lists in PWA so that selected values are correctly saved using their text values rather than IDs.
Fixed validation error that occurred when inserting a flight in the CWA and then immediately editing it in the PWA. Aircraft selection now loads correctly without needing to reselect the aircraft.
Addressed pilot assignment issue where some users in the pilot or crewman departments were not appearing as available pilots in command. Department membership checks now correctly include both primary and member departments.
