Aircraft
Fixed an issue where In Progress Aircraft Maintenance Events cannot be edited due to negative TTIS values. This has been reverted to restore original behaviour where negative TTIS values are supported within Aircraft Maintenance Events (specifically in the Due TTIS and Actual TTIS fields).
Fixed an issue where the Brought Forward value for aircraft counters cannot be edited if it has a negative value.
Forms
Fixed an issue where forms cannot be opened (due to timeouts) if they contain large attachments.
