Features

Online Roster - Pilot and Crewmen Endorsements

• You can now toggle Pilot and/or Crewmen Endorsements in the Online Rostering module

  • When enabled, a list of actively assigned endorsements is shown as column headers (similar to Engineering Endorsements)

  • Each endorsement is then shown for each user that have it assigned to their profile

  • The endorsement column headers can also be clicked to filter users who have those endorsements

Enhancements

Access Level - Actions

• Corrected the access level for Safety Reporting > Action Register such that the menu item for the Action Register is hidden if users do not have View All access

  • Users will continue to have access to their My Profile > Actions regardless of the access above

Online Roster

• Greatly improved the performance of Roster Verification

Safety Reporting

• Upon closure of a report, Forum Follow Up recipients will not be added to its Investigation Personnel list anymore

Work Practice

• The Duty Hours control has an added improvement to the specific rule “Personnel must not be on duty more than 12 hours in 1 consecutive day”

  • Originally, the consecutive day interval always counted hours from midnight

  • The enhancement provides an option to start counting hours from a standby shift instead

  • There is a new checkbox option labelled “Start from a standby shift instead of midnight

Bug Fixes

Online Roster

• Fixed an issue where shifts cannot be stacked on the same day

• Fixed an issue with the Base Department Picker control that prevents updates
