Department Membership
We made minor updates to the user interface of the Roles/Groups section in the first step of the Personnel Wizard. Before, it used two lists where departments can be assigned to a user. Now, it uses a grid/table. Similar experiences from the previous interface remain:
Multiple departments can be assigned/unassigned in bulk
Primary departments cannot be unassigned from the user
Hazard and Risk Register
The following fields are now editable:
Hazard tab > Hazard Details: Reported By, Reported Date
In an Identified Risk
Risk Details tab: Completed By, Completed Date
Risk Review tab: Reviewer, Review Date
Work Practice
Increased the value limit for the Time Free of Duty control from 600 to 999 hours
Bug Fixes
Flight Records
Fixed the following issues with Email Trigger Notifications:
Emails will now only be sent if the condition(s) were not previously met, which prevents spamming recipients
Group custom fields were filtered out from the list of available fields to add in the email template, as they do not generate values
Forms
Fixed an issue where Form alerts in the login page and User Alerts window show a report date and time that do not correspond to the Form’s actual report date and time
PWA
Fixed an issue that resulted in loss of local data (i.e., items in In Progress and Queued screens) that was caused when the system undergoes a version upgrade while the PWA is in use, and is refreshed after the upgrade completes
Risk and Hazard Register - Task Register
Fixed an issue within the Task Register where tabs other than the Task Profile are accessible while creating a new Task, which leads to an error screen when clicked
Recency
Fixed an issue for Timesheet Recency Items where the expiry modes ‘End of Month’, ‘End of Quarter’, ‘End of Third’, and ‘End of Year’ were not working
Fixed an issue where recategorising recency items (i.e., when its parent item change) causes the moved item to be misplaced in the Recency register
Recency Check Form
Fixed an issue where changing the number of sign-off requirements (i.e., Examiner/Instructor and/or Authorised Personnel) affects completed Recency Check Form instances
Safety Reporting
Fixed an issue preventing users from accessing the Safety Report register when a Text filter was applied, which was caused by the processing of large images in the report Description fields
Work Practice
Implemented missing functionality for Rest Reduction in the Split Duty Extension and Split FDP Extension controls
