Features

PWA Offline Mode Rework

• The PWA has been revamped, which includes the following behavior and features:

  • The PWA now has an online-first approach and provides users with more control over which offline-ready workflows in the PWA they want to be made available offline

    The current offline-ready workflows are:

    • Creation of Forms, Safety Reports and Recency Check Forms

    • Editing existing Audits

    • Library viewing

  • The PWA now shares the same login page as the classic web application

  • The classic web application now has a button on the header to go to the PWA

  • The PIN system in the PWA has been made into an optional setting that can also be used offline

  • The PWA will not require users to enter authenticate (either via login with username and password or PIN) again whenever the page is refreshed

Enhancements

Audit

• Multiple attachments can now be added in one action in the Audit Documents tab

• The default Avinet logo has been removed from default export templates

Forms

• Form types now have independent View and Lodge access, similar to Safety Reports

Online Rostering

• The base/department/personnel tree is now resizable

Safety Reports

• Sign Off personnel who haven’t yet signed off a report will only be sent reminder email notifications, instead of including those that have already signed off on the report
   

Recency

• When valid recency items also have a schedule that is not fulfilled, the status colour of the item will be amber instead of green, but keep the valid message(s)

Reporting

• The Duty Change Report now exports Excel files in xlsx format for increased compatibility with modern versions of Excel

Bug fixes

Change Management

• Fixed an issue where the Time Picker Custom Field was not saving its value

Document Library

• Fixed an issue where the setup page could not be accessed if a Custom Field had the Restrict view access to users with modify only option enabled

Dashboards

• Fixed an issue where selecting a custom dashboard menu item shows an empty page

Flight Records

• Fixed an issue with the Flight Records API where each subsequent Flight Leg being added overwrites the Flight Record’s Route field

Forms

• Fixed an issue where Form Alert notifications were not being sent when submitting a Form via desktop application

  • A new button has been added to manually send Form Alerts, which is only applies for forms in the Open and Review states

• Fixed an issue on the PWA where Default Values were not being populated in Custom Fields

Hazard and Risk Register

• Fixed an issue where the Hazard Links tab cannot be opened

iOS Flight and Duty App

• Fixed an issue where the Leg Details screen does not show any Custom Fields

Online Rostering

• Fixed an issue where the base/department/resource tree was not populated with data and could not be expanded

PWA

• Fixed an issue with the Time Picker Custom Field where it was unresponsive

Timesheets

• Fixed an issue where the Timesheets could not be loaded from a niche scenario involving Flying Duty Period data
