Rebrand

• Updated terminology and help resources to align with the new Air Maestro branding.

  • Replaced references to CWA and PWA with the new labels Classic View and New View throughout the platform.

• Updated Help links to direct users to the new resources:

  • Help Center = Safety Suite

  • Ask A Question = Submit a request – Safety Suite

  • Ideas Portal = Vellox Group Ideas Portal

  • Release Notes = Release Notes – Safety Suite

Enhancements

Recency

• Improved the handling of Department changes for Recency Items in Recency Setup, with clearer rules and user alerts when changes occur:

  • Adding applicable Departments to a Recency Item under the General Department will now automatically add those departments to any parent items.

  • Moving a Recency Item from one Department to another will detach the item from its parent items.

  • If a Recency Item only has the General Department selected and this is deselected, the item will automatically move to the next available Department and will also detach from its parent items.

Safety Reports

• Added the Event Description field as a selectable column in the Safety Report Register, providing greater visibility into report details.

Bugs

Actions

• Fixed an issue where overly strict filtering in the Action Register prevented some users from seeing actions linked to Change Requests, even when their Access Levels permitted it.

Recency

• Fixed a performance issue that caused slow loading on the Aircraft Recency page.

Timesheets

• Fixed an issue where the time zone from a Duty Period could be lost when inserting a Flight Record into a Timesheet entry.
