Features

FMR Integration

• Added a new access level to support FMR Integration setup. Administrators can now access and configure the FMR Integration Setup page via a dedicated permission.

Recency

Added a Fixed Renewal option for Recency Items.

• Allows expiry dates to be based on the first recorded completion within a cycle.

• The expiry remains fixed to that completion date’s anniversary, regardless of subsequent completions within the same cycle.

• A new cycle begins once the current cycle expires.

Work Practices

• Introduced Active Duty Graph. See this guide for more information: How to use and configure Active Duty Graphs

• Added additional configuration options within the Time Free of Duty control.

Enhancements

App Rebrand

• Updated the application branding to align with the Vellox Group identity. Integrated new logos, updated colour scheme, and refreshed overall visual styling.

Personnel Wizard

• Added optional Start Date and End Date fields for department memberships (Roles/Groups).

• Department membership validations across the system now consider these effective dates.

 

Bugs

Access Template

• Fixed an issue where Online Rostering permission grid selections were not retained after saving.

Audit Checklist

• Fixed an issue where no items appeared when printing an Audit Checklist Template by ID.

Audit Schedule

• Fixed an issue where Audit Schedule filters did not persist after being applied.

Change Request

• Fixed an issue where Personnel selection and Save/Discard controls were cut off when resizing the browser window.

• Fixed an issue where login alerts for Change Request follow-ups remained after completion.

• Updated the Change Request naming convention in the PWA section to display the correct ID and title at the top of the page

Discretion Reports

• Fixed an issue where dropdown lists were not responsive in the Discretion Report setup.

Exams

• Fixed an issue where unlinking Recency items did not persist when updating an Exam.

Flight Records

• Fixed an issue where Crew Details could not be edited when a Recency custom field contained items displayed across multiple departments.

• Fixed an issue where resource roles marked as “Exclude from Flight Hours” were still accumulating Co-Pilot flight hours in Timesheets.

Recency

• Fixed an issue that caused an error screen when scheduling Recency due to a query type mismatch.

Safety Reporting

• Fixed an issue where inactive Champions were automatically removed when new personnel were added to a report.

Schedule Task

• Fixed an issue where the Schedule Task Import API endpoint failed due to a data retrieval error.
