How to lock Flight Records

Locking a flight record prevents further edits and ensures the data remains final. 

Users require the Flight Records Locking - Modify All access level to lock or unlock flight records.

 

To lock Flight Records:

1. Go to Menu > Flight Records page.
    

2. Locate the flight you want to lock.
    

3. Select the lock icon next to the flight record.
   
   
   
   If you want to lock all existing flights, you can also choose to click on the "Lock All" button in the top-right corner of the screen.
    

   The record(s) is/are now locked and cannot be edited unless the user also has permission to unlock them.
