Discretion Report Custom Fields

• Discretion Reporting now offers Custom Field customisation.

Bug Fixes

API

• Fixed an issue in API Key Setup where an API key's custom expiry date could be set beyond a value that can cause errors when later revisiting or refreshing the page.

Custom Fields

• Fixed an issue where Custom Fields' Update Rules could keep pushing an old value into linked fields when removing or renaming linked Custom Field options that are referenced in Update Rules.

Forms

• Fixed an issue where Acknowledgement approval type forms signed off while Single Sign On was enabled on the site were incorrectly recorded and emailed as "rejected".

Safety Reporting

• Added more robust checks in the following areas to ensure the system handles empty data gracefully instead of presenting users with error screens:
  • When opening an Audit's Summary tab within Audit Schedules.
  • When accessing Settings > Safety Options.
  • Where some audits couldn't be opened in the New View even though they opened fine in the Classic View.

Scheduler

• Fixed an issue where scheduled emails would not fully complete when processing notifications for Scheduled Task invalid Resourcing.

Timesheets

• Fixed a rest-period calculation issue where a user's local time zone (e.g. GMT+9:30) differing from the site's default (GMT+10) caused the previous day's mandatory rest to show as 0.5 hours short, sometimes triggering unnecessary discrepancy reports.
