Features

Equipment Register - New Module

• Added Equipment Register module to support equipment management in the New View.

  • The Equipment Register provides a central place to track equipment details, ownership, location, assignments, inspections, barcodes, and due-date alerts.

Recency

• Added Personnel, Aircraft and Company Recency support in the New View with performance enhancements to support complex recency requirements.

Scheduler

• Added a Scheduler setting that changes how people on Leave or Non-Duty appear when selecting resources.

  • If their roster is published, they cannot be selected.

  • If it is not yet published, they remain selectable and are marked so they are easy to identify.

Bug Fixes

Global Reporting

• Fixed the support email link shown in Global Reporting error messages.

Timesheets

• Fixed an issue where Duty times could be saved as Standby, and a warning incorrectly said that no duty had been entered. 

• Fixed an issue (Classic View) where Custom Fields did not show or hide correctly when their display rules were based on:

  • Shift Type

  • Work Practice

  • Duty

  • FDP

  • Standby

• Fixed an issue where adding a flight from Fleet Manager on a timesheet required Flight Records "Add" access, instead of permission to modify that person’s Timesheet. (New View)

Safety

• Fixed an issue that prevented new entries from being added to the consequence table in Risk Matrix setup.

Exams

• Fixed an issue that caused the Exams page to fail when an exam was linked to a Recency Item that is missing or no longer valid.
