The Recency Summary widget gives crew members a quick view of their current recency status from the home page.
Depending on your organisation’s configuration, it can show user-selected recency items, timesheet-related recency, and activity calculated from flight records.

Understanding the widget sections
The widget can contain up to three sections. A section only appears when it has been configured and contains information relevant to the crew member.
-
User-selected recency
This section contains Personnel recency items selected by the crew member.
Each crew member manages their own selection. Changes made by one person do not affect anyone else.
-
Timesheet Recency
This section contains Personnel recency items recorded through a Recency custom field on the crew member’s timesheet.
The items are configured by an administrator and appear automatically. The crew member does not need to select them from the widget.
-
Flight
This section contains recency items calculated automatically from flight records, such as landings or flight hours.
These items are configured by an administrator and update based on information recorded in flight entries.
