New View is the modern interface for Ops and Safety Suite, designed to provide a streamlined experience across desktop and mobile devices.
It supports offline functionality for selected activities, allowing users to continue working even without an internet connection.
Some modules are still only available in Classic View (CWA). If a module has not yet been migrated, the system will automatically redirect you back to Classic View.

Understanding the New View Interface
New View includes a simplified and modernised interface compared to Classic View.
Home Screen
The Home Screen in New View does not contain the same elements as Classic View. It currently only contains the logged-in user's Schedule.
Navigation Menu
The menu can be accessed by selecting the three-line menu icon in the top-left corner.
Quick-Create
Within the navigation menu, New View includes a dedicated Create option.
This provides quick access to create any:
- Safety Reports
- Check Forms
- Forms
- Change Requests
The final options displayed will depend on the logged-in user's access levels.
Offline Functionality
New View supports offline data entry for selected activities.
- Safety Reporting – safety report submission
- Check Forms – submission & sign-offs
- Forms – new form submission
- Change Request – new request submission
- Doc Library – view/download documents (including PDFs)
- Timesheets – full access (matching Classic View capabilities)
The data will be stored locally on the device until an internet connection is restored. Once connected again, the submissions can then be synced.
This functionality is especially useful for users operating in remote locations or during flights where internet access may not be available.
Setting up for Offline use
In order for the above-mentioned offline functionality to be utilised, an Offline Pin must be set.
To do so, you must perform the following steps:
- Click Online located in the top, right-hand corner of the screen
- A window will open where you can enter a PIN of at least 4 Characters
- Finally, select the modules you plan to use offline on this device. This will cause it to download the data necessary for these modules to be used offline.
Additional Features
New View also includes access to the Active Duty Graph feature. More information: How to use and configure Active Duty Graphs
