In Air Maestro, Auditors focus on reviewing assigned audits, recording findings, and raising actions where improvements are needed.
It is the Auditor role - not Access Levels - that determines whether a person can create findings and actions for audits. Anyone can be added to the Auditor list in the Audit Setup, which makes them available to be assigned to an audit.
What Auditors can do
Once assigned as an Auditor to a specific audit, they can:
View and conduct their assigned audit
Create findings and link actions to those findings
Assign actions to any personnel they wish
What Auditors cannot do (without additional access)
Being on the Auditor list alone does not allow a person to:
Schedule (create) audits
View audits they are not assigned to
Adding new Auditors
To make someone available as an Auditor:
Go to Site Setup > Audit Setup
In the Roles tab, on the right-hand side, locate the Auditor table list and click +
Select the person from the dropdown list and click the tick to save
This adds the person to the list of available Auditors.
Assigning Auditors to an Audit
When scheduling a new audit in the Audit Schedule (see: How to schedule Audits), the Auditor dropdown list will contain personnel from the Auditor list. Simply select users from this list to assign them to the audit as Auditors.
